Orders

Unfortunately, the product does not come with a serial number/VIN number since it is an off-road toy for kids.

Please email your order to csr@frptoys.com at your earliest convenience, and we would be happy to help you with the cancellation.

For the 79CC gas go-kart, 1000W electric go-kart, and ATVs, we ship through LTL Freight; we would cancel orders if the shipping fee is overpriced. 

Please email us with your order number  to csr@frptoys.com, we would love to check it for you. If you have a tracking number, you can also track the status of your order on FedEx or the R+L official site about its estimated delivery date.

Yes, for each order of some items, each customer can only purchase a maximum of 4. We have this limit since some customers would cancel their items for mistaken purchases.

Unfortunately, all products are only sold online and not available for pick up. 

Shipping & Delivery

FRP currently ships to:  

  • 50 states (not all items ship to AK or HI) within the U.S.
  • Gas-related items may have restrictions that prevent shipment to CA. 

NOTE: 

**We do not ship to US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands), APO/FPO (AA, AE, and AP), and overseas.

**We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to size constraints.

We will assign different carriers for different products: 

  • For the toys, such as dirt bikes, gas pocket bikes, ride-on motorcycles, and 51CC gas go-kart, we ship through FedEx
  • For other toys, such as 79CC gas go-kart, 1000W electric go-kart, and ATVs, we ship through LTL Freight called R+L Carriers
  • For the battery terminals sold in our store, we ship them through USPS
  • For the replacement parts, such as tires and battery for the electric go-kart, we ship them through FedEx
  • For other replacement parts, in general, we ship them through USPS.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can help you change the address in our system. 

If your order has been shipped, you can either contact us or call the carrier customer service with your information, such as the name and the original address on your order. 

You can also add a delivery instruction, such as gate code, by contacting carriers. FedEx customer service number is 1 800-463-3339; USPS customer service number is 1 800-275-8777; R+L Carriers customer service number is 800-543-5589.

Your order will proceed to ship within 2-3 business days.

  • For FedEx Ground shipments: generally 2-5 business days
  • For USPS shipments: generally 2-5 business days and 
  • For R+L Carriers shipments: generally 4-7 business days depending on proximity (some remote areas are 7 days in transit).

Time in transit can be found on the carrier website with your tracking number. All shipping times may increase by several days between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shipping companies generally close for major holidays. Please feel free to email us csr@frptoys.com if you have any questions regarding the shipment.

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to expedite shipping right now, so if you would like to get your order shipped early, please plan accordingly regarding your purchase.

If the order with this tracking number proceeds within 1 day or 2 days, please allow the website 24-48 hours to update the status. 

If the order with this tracking number proceeds for more than 4 days, please feel free to email your shipment inquiry to csr@frptoys.com, and we will find a solution for you!

We take every step to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely fashion. To accomplish that, we can only accept physical addresses (no PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses).

The cost of shipping bikes and accessories depends on the product. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout.

Parts

Please check our Parts page or send email to csr@frptoys.com with any questions regarding parts. If you are not sure which part you need, please feel free to take a detailed picture of the parts you need, and our technicians will check them out for you.

Warranty/Return

We offer 60 days warranty for the product and parts purchased from our website.

In this case, we are unable to issue a free replacement part or issue a return label for replacement or refund. You might need to tell us which part you need or send us a detailed picture of the part through our customer service email: csr@frptoys.com

After we confirm with our technician to check whether we have these parts or not, we will then send you a direct link to purchase those parts.

For items returning back to us through FedEx, please feel free to use any boxes from Uline, Home Depot, or Lowes that fit the item for return if you do not have the original box with you. We will email you a prepaid return label. Then, you can bring the item to local FedEx sites to return back to us, or we can arrange a pickup for you. Before arranging a pickup, please verify your address with us if you have a different address from the original order, and confirm the estimated pickup date with us from Monday to Friday, except the date that is one day after you send the message to us. Therefore, we can arrange a pick up for you. Please let us know when you ship the item back to us and when the item gets picked up, so we will then start the replacement or refund process.

For items returning back to us through LTL Freight, please feel free to use a pallet if you do not have the original box with you, and please make sure to tighten the item with the pallet. Before issuing return labels, please verify your address with us if you have a different address from the original order. We will send you the Bill of Landing and Shipping Label through email for your return once the return process starts. Please print 2 copies of the BOL and 1 copy of the Shipping Label. Also, please contact the R+L Carrier at the phone number (800)-543-5589 to confirm pick up. Please let us know when the item is picked up and update the Pro number with us, so we will issue you the refund/replacement right away.

Our 60-day warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship and the package not received by customers. Only consumers purchasing products from FRP may obtain coverage under this limited warranty.

The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

1) Commercial use, accident, abuse, or neglect; 

2) Use contrary to the instructions, user manual, or specifications, (including improper storage, or use beyond data read-write limits); 

3) Improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification; 

4) Stolen; 

5) Malfunctions caused by other equipment. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered with labels or any alterations (including the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover);

6) Shipping damage special notice : shipping damage needs to be reported to us within 3 business days of the package received.  All plastic parts will not be covered under warranty after shipping damage claim period;

7) Warranty cannot be transferred.

We do not accept exchange for our products. Please return it and buy a new one.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue the refund to other methods since we do not have the authority to do this, and refunding to another payment method is prohibited on Shopify.

When we refund an entire order back to you, the full amount(including tax) will be returned back to you. 

We are unable to charge customers twice from our end. If this happens, please wait for 1 business day to see if the transaction got refunded, or please contact your bank for more information if you have not received your refund after one business day.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

FRP mainly sells children's toys, such as kid's dirt bikes, kid's gas pocket bikes, kid's go-karts, kid's ATVs, etc.

“FRP” stands for Fit Right Products.

FRP is an eCommerce company so we only sell our products online.
